The client wished to promote the Highlands as an area attractive to investors - the softly spoken Highland accent, the well educated populace, the friendliness of the people - all are enduring traits towards what at that time was seen as good aspects for domestic call centres as the rebound against overseas call centres began to cause serious brand damage to some of the big High street names. This ad ran in national business investment magazines to some acclaim - an early use of infographics with the use of bold colour to grab attention.
